1.1. Provisional bookings may be made by telephone or email and are held for seven (7) days pending written confirmation.
1.2. Joining instructions will be issued approximately five (5) days prior to the course.
1.3. Unconfirmed provisional bookings may be released without notice.
Written confirmation is required to guarantee a reservation.
3.1. Fees are current at the time of publication but may be amended without notice.
3.2. Fees include lunch (where applicable), refreshments, and course documentation.
3.3. All fees are exclusive of VAT.
3.4. Additional Awarding Body charges may apply.

4.1. Remittance advice must reference the invoice number.
4.2. Invoices are issued upon receipt of the booking form.
4.3. Where a Purchase Order is required, it must be supplied at the time of booking.
Payment is required prior to course commencement unless written credit terms are agreed.
6.1. Interest will be charged at 5% above the Bank of England base rate, in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
6.2. Debt recovery costs will be charged to the client where applicable.

7.1. Failure to attend without notification results in the full fee being payable.
7.2. Awarding Body fees already incurred are non-refundable.
7.3. Substitute delegates may be accepted subject to Awarding Body rules.
8.1. Transfers must be confirmed in writing.
8.2. Transfer fees:

8.3. Transfers apply to the same course on a different date.
8.4. Transfers may be used once only.
8.5. Both original and transfer invoices remain payable even if the new date is cancelled.
9.1. We may cancel or reschedule due to illness, insufficient numbers, or events outside our control.
9.2. Where cancellation occurs, clients may choose an alternative date or a refund of course fees.
9.3. We are not liable for consequential losses such as travel or accommodation.
9.4. Venue, tutor, or content may change without notice.
10.1. Clients must ensure participants are medically fit.
10.2. Delegates must have sufficient English language skills (Level 2).
10.3. Requests for reasonable adjustments must be made in advance.
11.1. The client is responsible for equipment security and insurance while it is on site.
11.2. We insure equipment while it is in transit.
12.1. No liability is accepted for loss or delay arising from staff availability or performance.
12.2. Clients shall not employ or engage Oakley Services UK Limited staff or subcontractors for 12 months after service delivery without consent.
13.1. All course materials remain the intellectual property of Oakley Services UK Limited and may not be copied or shared without permission.
We comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 and will only process personal data for booking, certification, and regulatory purposes.
15.1. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other non-excludable liabilities.
15.2. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business, opportunity, travel expenses, or accommodation.
15.3. Our total liability is limited to the total fees paid for the course giving rise to the claim.
15.4. No responsibility is accepted for actions taken or not taken based on course content.
16.1. We are not liable for delays or failure caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, illness, pandemics, strikes, war, power failure).
16.2. We will notify clients as soon as reasonably possible and attempt to reschedule.
16.3. If a course cannot be delivered, liability is limited to a refund of course fees paid.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
