This new Reluctant Manager programme style is gaining momentum against the more traditional approach of just classroom-based delivery. The programme is initially aimed at organisations that wish to develop new and existing managers and supervisors. Each delegate gaining the benefit of an highly interactive workshop that includes an overview of each topic and practical exercises for each sub-section, leading to an Workshop Action Plan to enable individuals to effectively transfer their learning from classroom to workplace. The coaching then helps cement the behavioural development. This coaching can be delivered face to face or virtually.
Additional IT and H&S modules can be added to this programme.
Each delegate will receive a programme folder which will build into a wonderful source of post programme reinforcement.
