Giving and receiving feedback is a fundamental part of everyday work and this one day Feedback & Difficult Conversations course helps us to improve and develop both our own capabilities but also that of the organisations. Giving and receiving feedback can often involve what we would call ‘difficult conversations’ where the giver or the received of the feedback may find it a challenge to deal with the feedback that is required.
Without feedback, not even the most self-aware individuals or organisations are likely to reach their full potential, so we need to understand the benefits, methods, and rationale for feedback and how to overcome the fear of those difficult conversations.
