Course Details

This one-day Mentoring for Leaders and Managers course equips leaders and managers with the understanding, tools, and confidence to become effective mentors within their organisations. Through a blend of discussion, reflection, and practical exercises, participants will explore the purpose and value of mentoring, learn how to structure and sustain mentoring relationships, and develop the skills needed to support, challenge, and guide others’ growth.

The day focuses on translating mentoring principles into everyday leadership practice,  fostering a culture of learning, trust, and empowerment that drives both individual and organisational performance.
