Course Details
This basic first aid for cyclists course has been developed to give cyclist’s the confidence to manage a medical emergency whilst out on their bicycle’s. It aims to provide both theoretical and practical knowledge by use of simple treatments that are proven to save lives.

- Provide effective Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
